this bagel felt a bit hard when I held it but when I ate it it tasted alright! generous amount of sesame seeds although they keep dropping off but you can just dab them up and eat them :D the bagels are nothing too special but I really appreciate that CBTL now labels their food with common allergens which include dairy and eggs! both their plain bagels and sesame bagels are vegan but the other bakes I saw displayed contained non-vegan ingredients.
