Bacon Scallops au Wild Thyme — Avis de trangdang (21 nov. 2020)

The wrapped bacon is made from tempeh (really nice seasoning, can be a bit more crunchy in my opinion); really tasty king oyster mushroom scallops, and a nice pea purée to go with it. Lovey starter!
