I don't remember the exact English translation on the menu (unorthodox use of language for sure 😂), but this is vegan #bakkutteh with no bones! I really really really enjoyed it. They cut these dense protein pieces into little tubes to simulate intestine and into round chunks to simulate liver, in addition to the fake #porkbelly. Then there's #lionsmanemushroom, #strawmushroom, and #taupok. Fresh cut chilli on demand. How not to like? Kudos! #veganisnotscary
