Lemon Sardine Bun au M Bakery — Avis de Teng Chu Yu (9 nov. 2020)

The ‘sardine’ is made of fibrous soy ‘fish’ cubes! The lemon isn’t strong and adds just the right amount of citrusy flavour to make this interesting without being strange.

The bread is soft, fluffy and has this enriched bread taste aka has flavour on its own! After toasting, the exterior crisps up amazingly nicely and the insides become even softer and fluffier too :’) $1.50/bun! #sgbreads Will get this again if they still have it next time :) #cyfavs
