Really soft & crumbles almost immediately upon touch! You can really taste the vegan butter here and there are chunks of banana in the pound cake. The walnuts on top added a nice crunch and dimension to the cake. $4.50 for a large loaf. Omni sis approved; personally find this dangerously addictive! #sgbakes #sgcakes
