It’s not hugely flavoursome but still tasty and handy to throw into the oven when time is limited. I have cooked these pies til golden brown and they are nicer if just blond rather than golden. My sister thinks they’re nicer when left go cold 🤷♀️..had them for dinner tonight with hassleback potatoes 😋 #veganisnotscary
