Oh my goodness! I don’t know why it took me so long to get there but now that I know how good they are I will be buying often!
Ground round has been perfect by a few companies but this is the only “beef pieces” I’ve really seen like this. It worked so well in a “carne asada” burrito I made as well as this “beef and broccoli” dish.
