A bit disappointed with this one compared to other Bio Veg products - it's a bit nicer to melt, but the flavour is actually way too strong. Don't get me wrong, it's got a nice taste; just don't add more than half a teaspoon to anything unless you want it all to taste like really, really strong and salty cheddar :)
