Review of Terrine aubergines - Bjorg by jonkings

A great spread; its melty taste is amazing. Have it as a snack on a slice of toast with some tomato dices, or in a sandwich with lettuce and pepper slices. You wouldn't think so, but it also actually goes great with avocado sandwiches, the flavours really complement each other.
