
Being on a vegan diet, I'm taking this supplement to obtain my source of omega 3 apart from adding flaxseeds, chia seeds and walnuts to my diet. Dr Michael Greyer recommends taking 250mg of omega 3 daily in his book, so I take this once every 3 days (each capsule contains 800mg). Love it that this is from algae instead of fish (which is likely to have contamination from PCBs, mercury etc)!
