
Used this to make “Butter No Chicken,” a wonderful recipe from Vegan Richa. Great texture. The soy protein does a good job of taking on the flavors from the spices, herbs, and veggies, while retaining its moisture. Found the product, among others from Vegetalk at NTUC in Vivo City. Will use this with other recipes calling for soy crisps. Big yum on this one.
