Fingerling Potatoes au Vedge — Avis de lucyfoxx (16 oct. 2020)

Aji amarillo, peanuts, cilantro, and olive. I didn't actually try this one because I am allergic to peanuts, but everyone else ordered and devoured these potatoes. They all agreed the sauce was what made the dish - a mustardy sauce. As well, they all agreed the peanuts would not have been missed as they didn't add anything to the dish and it could have held its own without them. #veganisnotscary
