Grilled avocado with salsa veracruz, potato empanada, shaved cabbage and poblano escabeche. The creaminess of the avocado complemented the salsa and escabeche so well. I only wish the empanada had been larger. It was delicious, but so tiny. For the price, I expected a normal size empanada. Nonetheless, it was delicious. #veganisnotscary
