Korean style seitan du Ovegano — Avis de erikah (15 oct. 2020)

Love this Korean style 'pulled' #seitan. I always add a little extra chilli, tamari and agave or maple syrup but even without it, it tastes really really good. Perfect with baked potatoes and salad, works with tacos too!
