the bittergourd was slightly oily but the other 2 dishes were fine :) spice level of the tau kwa w tempeh & beans dish is q low; i wld say the flavour of the sauce is more chilli-like rather than curry-like; the flavour soaked thru the tau kwa and tempeh so that's great ; only thing is it was mostly tau kwa, i think it wldve been nice if there was a more equal balance bet tempeh and tau kwa haha
