Sunspot salad au Sunspot Restaurant — Avis de earthtostacy (6 oct. 2020)

This is a really nice salad. It’s default vegan so no need to modify. Adding potatoes and snap peas is a great idea. It just wasn’t as flavorful or filling as some of the other options or I would give it a higher rating.
