Gyoza Pot Stickers Kimchi & Tofu au Momo Ando — Avis de mikejuliette (5 oct. 2020)

Great combination of textures and flavours! The sweetness of sticky sauce counterbalanced by the kimchi and tofu filling. The pasty of the pot sticker held together without being tough even in the face of suspect chopstick skills. Not a winner for 👧 3 1/2 year old too finicky or maybe just not Edamame 😉. Only tweak I'd make is bring more heat 🌶 with that kimchi.
