Kale Caesar au Palm Greens — Avis de sallyivens (25 sept. 2020)

Nice twist on a caesar salad with the quinoa and butter beans, and cavalo nero instead of iceberg lettuce. The dressing is really creamy. The avocado and truffle oil are optional extras but I’d recommend them.
