Cold soba salad au Saute-San — Avis de Anne (25 sept. 2020)

What a pretty dish this is! The soba is al dente. The veggies are glorious! Not too salty. Overall a great combi. Again there is not much dressing. Seems like a consistent under delivery of dressing & sauces in most of the food here. Wondering if it is due to delivery.
