Udon Noodle Soup au Shangri-La — Avis de Clarenda (19 sept. 2020)

Quart sized container filled to the brim with udon noodles cooked perfectly so they are tender and slurpy, carrots, spinach, enoki mushrooms, tofu and seaweed in a miso broth. Very simple and mild. It was exactly what I wanted and it balanced well with the spicy sweet orange seitan. I’ll definitely order this often now that the weather is cooling down.
