Miso Carbonara au Da Mamma SG — Avis de Coco The Koala (14 sept. 2020)

This was the main dish for the 5-course meal at Da Mamma private dining. Super novel combination of homemade fermented miso with gluten-free pasta, even my dad who isn’t a fan of pasta loved it! The thing is Da Mamma changes its menu regularly so do check what they have currently, tho I’m looking forward to trying Chef Charles’ other creations in future!
