Review of Sambal Fried Rice with House-made Nyonya Otah at Flavours by Saute by plantbasedlifestyle

Feel like trying some fried rice so decided to go for one with their specially handmade Otah! Otah was still as good as I had previously tried but the main star of this dish was the rice (of course!). The rice was full of wok-hey flavour and it goes really well with the otah. Not exazerrating here but with just a bite of it, it brings out the entire flavours of all the ingredients mixed together in the rice! One of the best dish that I had tried so far. Definitely recommend! 👍
