Tofu du Clearspot — Avis de HANNAH (6 sept. 2020)

I’ve not tried this tofu before, I had it baked with some soy sauce, sugar, and garlic powder and it was perfection.
Took the flavour really well and was the texture was lovey. Very firm. I didn’t press this tofu, just drained the water then cut and baked it, and it held its shape and didn’t crumble.
