I'm in two minds really. On the plus side, this was delicious. They even used tofu cubes and oyster mushroom, which are both awesome. On the other hand, char kuey teow really isn't char kuey teow if it's not fried in lard. This was a childhood favourite of mine and often I'd really rather just forgo the whole thing entirely than get a vegetarian one and have to deal with the nostalgia

stevenneoh It's about 3 years old maybe 😅 And yeah I still do, I don't eat ckt much these days 😐1 likeReply
