Raw-sagna au Veganized — Avis de jreg (12 août 2020)

Raw thinly sliced zucchini, marinated mushrooms, fresh tomato, cashew lemon ricotta, sundried tomato puree, and vegan pesto (all gluten-free !!!) layered and presented with great care in this delicious summertime entree! I went here for my birthday (they currently have outdoor balcony seating and do takeout orders) for the first time and I’m so glad I did! Although I think my meal was a bit overpriced for the portion size, it is an undeniably unique plant-based take on traditional lasagna with fresh flavorful ingredients that I would struggle to replicate in my own kitchen. I am definitely looking forward to my next meal from Veganized 🥰🍽🌱
