This is just a kid's grilled cheese sandwich but on a tortilla. Think deli cheese and mild flavor. It's fine, and would be palatable to kids starting to branch out from picky eating. If you're looking for a fun appetizer or side, there are better offerings. Or, wait till you get home and add some fixins.
