Spicy Asian Zoodles consisted of spiralised zucchini noodles with almond ‘cheese’, walnut ‘minced meat’, dehydrated cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, assorted mushrooms, and a spicy coconut curry dressing which tasted similar to Thai red curry!
