🇬🇧 Amazing! It's a tartare made with seitan and beetroot, marinated in oil, lemon and black pepper, and served with corn salad, celery and white truffle.

🇮🇹 Buonissima! La tartare è fatta con seitan e barbabietola rossa, marinata con olio extravergine d'oliva, limone e pepe nero, servita con insalata di songino, sedano fresco e grattata di tartufo bianco.
