Review of Mint Chip Galactica - Coconut Bliss by regimack

I absolutely love when the chocolate in a chocolate chips ice cream are closer to flakes than chips; the texture is just so much more smooth. This is a great ice cream---the mint flavor is strong enough that I don't taste coconut flavor (without being overpowering).
