I know what you might be thinking. “You go to Japan to eat cheese fondue”? Well it might not be the most typical Japanese dish, but wow is it good (and who doesn’t love melted cheese when it’s cold outside). Great flavours, pairs well with the veggies, and while it doesn’t feel like actual “stringy” cheese, it’s so good I looked for a recipe of vegan fondue as soon as I came back home. Yum
