Vegan Seafood Gumbo au Giving Tree Cafe — Avis de christine (13 avr. 2020)

Interesting take on vegan gumbo with okra, jackfruit and shiitake mushrooms. My partner and I weren’t that impressed as it could’ve used more flavor and spice. Also, the amount of rice was excessive; I would’ve preferred less rice and more substance. We appreciate the organic fresh ingredients though! Good clean dish.
