Pasta Carbonara au Pura Vita — Avis de Sarah (12 avr. 2020)

This was very good, but I wouldn’t call it a carbonara sauce. It was cheesy and oily, and had a great flavor. The shiitake “bacon” mushrooms were great, but they tasted more like caramelized mushrooms than bacon. For the price they should add some vegan chicken or something additional. The portion was very small. Price: $21 for lunch
