Caramelised Aubergine au Grain — Avis de Lok Man (1 avr. 2020)

I’ve recently ordered the new vegan series from Grain called the Grain Changers and opted for the caramelised aubergine with curried garbanzo beans, corn and peas. This meal was a whopping of $10.95 which i found quite reasonable as the portion sizing was just right! The meal was packed with a good balance of protein and greens and it’s also a good low carb option! Flavours wise, the curry flavour was rather strong and can get a bit spicy at the end. Other than that, the meal was relatively good and filling! Though it could be a little less oily in my opinion (-:
