Falafel Waffle au Waffle Falafel — Avis de Nico (16 mars 2020)

Making a Belgian waffle out of falafel and fill it with vegetables is such a good idea! It is very very delicious. You can choose out of several vegetables, hummus, Tahini-sauce and spicy-sauce. The falafel is juicy and not dry. It looks like a tiny portion, but it will fill your stomach, if not, you can get extra Fries with your falafel waffle. If you are in Eilat oder Tel Aviv, it's a must try. Would say 100% better than a normal falafel Dürum.
