U Mian Dry au Xuan Miao Vegan — Avis de faxue (12 mars 2020)

Serving is huge, with generous amount of green leafy vegetables (苋菜). There is some small mushrooms. The "tofu" is actually mock fishcake. Choice of noodle is the ban mian variety plus kuay teow.
