Tofu Pho Soup au Pho Rachel — Avis de Katherine (23 févr. 2020)

Served in a mushroom broth with carrots, zucchini, onion and rice noodles. It’s so good, the tofu is nice and crispy even when it’s in the soup. Hearty and flavourful. They have two homemade hot sauces on the table that you can add in as well. Very good, quick to serve, large portions and in expensive!
