Farinata au Tamboers Winkel — Avis de Gouri Barua (23 févr. 2020)

Made from chickpeas, and topped with avocado, a tomato and onion salsa, greens and carrot lox (I have it on the side as I prefer it without), it's a must-have. The addition of kala namak (Indian black salt) makes this a winner.
