Interesting concept with the peanut dukkah and cauliflower popcorn. Neither added much to the dish as a flavour due the the overpowering taste of the “avocado” which was essentially guac. A pet hate of mine is restaurants advertising smashed avocado and giving you guacamole, so those with fructose allergies be wary. The addition of a tomato and mushroom was a nice touch though and ensured the dish was filling. Overall it was relatively tasty however was not really as described.
