These boxes are the quickest and most convenient way to make somewhat fresh tasting rice to go with a quick meal. The box contains three microwaveable pouches, each with about 2-3 servings of brown rice frozen inside. Microwave a pouch for three minutes, and voila, you have fresh, hot steaming rice ready to go! The rice is not quite as fresh tasting as rice you would make from scratch jn a rice cooker, but it’s close. The benefit is in the convenience and easy of preparation.
