So impressed how amazingly and consistently moist and chocolately this cupcake is. I love that it's not grainy, dry or greasy. It's even better if you let it sit out from the fridge a few minutes. Surprisingly, this cupcake from the store beats out most vegan cupcakes from bakeries! And it's totally affordable at $2.99!
