Toon Sprout Sauce with Soya Noodle au Simple Life — Avis de Steven Neoh (29 nov. 2019)

I ordered this without knowing what it was (I mean, what an esoteric name). Comes with some sort of bean-based sauce, and then a mix of vegetables and mushrooms. Tones of ginger and coriander in the garnish. It's not at all unpleasant, but I'll probably still get something different next time.
