You can choose between Udon, Soba and Ramen. The appearance of the sea cucumber first surprised me because it looked so genuine, but I believe it's made of flour.

Better check to be sure it's vegan/vegetarian cos last time I was there, they actually put the fish cake (the thin pink&white) inside. Checked with the waiter who confirmed with chef that it was indeed non-veg. It was an unpleasant experience for me, and the place reeks of fish. Don't think I'll return.
