Wedges au REBEL @ 306 Lavender Street — Avis de Bachjess (1 oct. 2019)

It was perfect. Hubby and I enjoyed this immensely. They were crunchy, crispy , delicious, well drained with not too much oil. As beffiting a good potato wedge, there was some delicious potato skin on each wedge and when bitten into, the potato inside is fluffy and light reminiscent of a fascinating consistency between a baked potato and mashed potato. I was so pleased with my half portion that accompanied my meal that hubby and i "splurged" for this full portion. Wow I know where to get my fried potato fix now. I love how the oil tastes good, clean and pure as well. Heavenly with their vegan mayo and provided Siracha. Thank you Rebel Gurl :)
