Review of Veganized Mapo Tofu at 成都Chengdu by vikas
If you know anything about me you’ll know I’m a fiend for spicy food. And #mapotofu is one of those dishes that I’ll search the ends of the earth for. Tofu cooked in Sichuan peppercorn broth, scallions and usually served with pork. The trick is to find a place that can #veganize it.
The folks at Chengdu crushed this dish. Think this is my new favorite mapo tofu in Singapore and that’s a big feat!
