Croissant au Black Rabbit — Avis de nekocake (16 sept. 2019)

Since going vegan, croissants are one of the things that I’ve missed most, so I was thrilled to find them on the menu of this all vegan bakery in my hometown!

The pastry was a bit heavier than a vegetarian croissant (understandable given that it’s a very difficult thing to recreate without animal products), but the flavour and appearance were both bang on, and on the whole, I found it to be a really great recreation of an old favourite from my vegetarian days. Will definitely be back to try some of their other baked treats!
