Raw carrot cake au The Living Cafe — Avis de Delphine Supanya (1 sept. 2019)

Wow, my first vegan raw carrot cake. It was super tasty, loved the texture, lots of carrots and spiced with cinnamon and goji berry. The icing is coconut and cashew nuts sweetened with maple syrup. A little too sweet for my taste but otherwise perfection!
