Green Herbal Salted Tofu au Chay Garden — Avis de phi (27 août 2019)

Honestly, I think this dish is a killer: it’s graceful, delicate, delicious. Very unique in flavour and in general, as I have not seen this presented in any other restaurant. The skin of the tofu is the perfect balance between crisp and juicy. Yes please sir!
