Vegan Buffet au Spirit Cafe — Avis de shaunthevegan (25 août 2019)

Spirit has amazing vegan options - Breakfast (which includes a buffet option), lunch and delectable desserts.
This was what we chose from their buffet - a trio of salads (kale and pine nut with a sesame dressing, quinoa and broccoli, as well as my favorite, the crispy sweet potato salad with an Asian inspired dressing.
And to chug it down - a berry blast smoothie which was accompanied with a GLASS STRAW! Eco friendly all the way #Greyton #Ashers
