Buffalo cauliflower wings au Derive Bistro — Avis de Mallory (19 août 2019)

I am a frequent orderer of cauliflower wings but was very disappointed with these. They didn't have that perfect crunch that cauliflower wings usually have and the Buffalo sauce was overwhelmingly acidic. There wasn't a good spiciness or flavor to these at all.
