Vegetarian Charsiu Ramen (w/o egg) au Mr Ramen San — Avis de cindycatter (1 août 2019)

Was eager to try a new ramen place with a vegan option! Unfortunately, it’s one of those places that offer a vegetarian option and the vegan alternative just has less stuff (no egg), but this ramen had a great, creamy broth that warmed me up really nicely. There were plenty of condiments to help get the flavour up to what I liked, and overall it was a satisfying meal.
(Personally, I still prefer the Shujinko vegan options, but this one had mock pork, which is sometimes a nice hearty plus!)
